Accolades include being named as one of HR Executive’s Top 100 HR Tech Influencers since the list’s inception, an Onalytica's Top 25 Global Consultancies Influencer Report, and one of peopleHum’s Top 30 Women in HR Tech. Before joining Oracle, she was with Deloitte as their VP of Technology Research and Industry Advisory. Prior roles also include at ADP, where she was VP of Global HR Technology and in various consulting and internal HR practitioner positions. Her leadership experience spans product, technology, research and advisory, innovation incubation, and internal HR and IT operations.
